Desired Profile: Job Profile: * Ability to conduct Voice & Accent trainings * Will be training the new batches and transition the same to the floor, taking V&A rounds for the candidates. * Understand the weak areas and create modules for the training. * Listening to calls and improving on the same. * Calls review and auditing program, including constructive feedback methodologies, accent neutralization. * Experience Level- Minimum 1-4 years of exp as a Voice and Accent trainer. Qualification - Any Graduate. SKILLS REQUIRED: * Excellent communication & writing skills * Experience in conducting classroom training & conducting V&A rounds * Willing to work 24/7 Experience:     3 - 6 Years Role:     Voice & Accent Trainer Functional Area:     ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.
