Job Description:

1. Handling all unique complaints and giving end to end resolution with close-looping

• Include analysis on all the queries, complaints and requests
• Focus on complaints/ requests coming from high ARPU segments
• Reduce complaints per subs
• Introduce platforms to reduce complaints
• Ensure all updates on product launches to be shared with the channel partners
• Implement ways to resolve issues related to port-in customers

2. Distributor satisfaction survey

• Implement ways to improve the satisfaction of the distributors
• Competition tracking (plans / payouts)

3. Audits – Internal Audits to improve on C-SAT. To include audits on:

• Empowerment
• Recharge reversals
• Prepaid Invoice
• SIM-exchange
• Customer Life cycle management

4. Handholding process – For new acquisitions

• MNP
• Idea Subscribers
