The PowerTax Standard template team consists of a unique mix of high performing tax, IT and accounting professionals who work with a range of high-profile clients, including a number of ASX listed companies, large multinationals, emerging businesses, trusts and partnerships.
PowerTax standard templates are developed by ThomsonReuters and sold to clients as part of the standard PowerTax product. The PowerTax standard templates which are currently developed and managed by the standard template team include:
* Company tax working papers
* Consolidated company tax working papers
* Consolidated tax provision working papers
* PowerTax Forms
* Tax data collection tool
* New Zealand company tax - single working papers
* New Zealand company tax - consolidated working papers
* New Zealand consolidated tax provision working papers
* Standard trust working papers
* Managed funds working papers.
Each year we have 2 major releases of each of the templates.
The position we are recruiting for is that of a manual tester, they will be required to prepare and complete manual testing for each of the releases, they will also be required to maintain and update test case documention.
The position requires good analytical skills, an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet design and management, good communication and written documentation skills.

* Creation of PowerTax 'calculations'
* Manual entry of data into calculations to meet test case requirements.
* Manual testing of calculations against test cases.
* Logging and reporting of defects.
* Maintenance and updating of test cases.

* 1 - 2.0 Years experience in Manual Testing
* Good analytical skills
* An extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
